A good meal plan?

Ok, so here's my problem. (Well, not exactly a "problem", but, a dilema more so).

I work from noon until 9PM and then go to the gym at 10PM and leave around 11-11:30PM. I normally fill the entire time at the gym up with cardio (Cycling and ab work mostly, but have been incorporating more running into it since I got back in from having a bronchial infection). Anyhow, it's really hard for me to figure out how to eat healthy so that I can start working on getting back to a lean body and six pack. As for losing weight, I really don't gain much weight anywhere other than my stomach and then, I mainly just get that bloated pudgy look, which is starting to go away.

Does anyone know where I could go to get a pre-made meal plan to get on for the week? The only problem I really see though is that a lot of them say to eat salads and vegetables, a lot. I don't really eat salad (Trying to force myself to eat it and aquire a taste for it) and as for vegetables, I really only eat green beans, peas and on occassion, broccoli. It's hard for me to get vegetables and all to take to work. But I have been getting the small cans at the store and cooking them at night and eating after I get home from the gym (I'm usually up another good 3hrs, that's why I don't mind eating that late, because I'm not just sitting).

I love things like chicken, fish, steaks (I hear are high in protein when cooked right) and fruits, if that'll help out at all.
