| | Soy tastes rubbish, is less solubule, less available on the uptake, gives ppl man boobs, makes men infertile because excess oestrogen production suppressing Y chromosones relying on testosterone and there are muuuch better tastier proteins on the market.. like a whey isolate based formular..
after loads of experiments..I now use aussie bodies ..awesome stuff if you can get hold of it.. and gm of protein per dollar , a seriously competitive product.
or failing that check out egg whites with a squeeze of herb and low/no fat cheese nuked to a scramble or same with no herb or cheese and instead with a milk flavour powder and equal ..eeg whites + milk + quick + equal ..nuke 4 2 mins, add splash of milk and equal if ya want.. and a reeeal good no fat high protein tastey meal of up to 30 gms .. do it with fruit, cpl spoons of yoghurt, some good water nuked veg like zucchini celery or peas and corn or beans, few spoons of good soup on top ( like pumpkin or thick veg or potatoe and leek even ) etc and you've covered everything for your immune and nervous system and workout recovery you need with no fat aand your carbs sorted ...all as bio available and digestively compilemtary and tastey as you'd want any food.
P.s . if your protein powder doesn't taste good in water , then it was rubbish anyway.
When you eat like that on those restrictions then everything counts .. enjoy your food and if you can make it count while you doo enjoy it, then even better. .
cheers

| | | I would recommend Optimum Nutrition brand proteins..they're pretty tastey even in water...get even better in skim milk.
or AtLarge's Nitrean protein. i hear the vanilla is heavenly.
and yeah, ditch the soy powder, especially if you're a male. |

ON vanilla and chocolate are fine.
vanilla is always a safe bet, since you can add fruits/berries, or a little frozen OJ to jazz up the flavor. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
