| | | Morning Run and breakfast. I've been running more often in the morning now, since I dont have the time at night. Problem is I have to wake up an extra hour earlier because i have to eat a bowl of cereal, take a crap, let the food settle for an hour then run. The whole purpose of the breakfast is to take the morning bowel movement so i dont have to deal with it while running.
My question is there anyway to cut out breakfast until later, and not worry about stomach cramps on the run? So i could just wake up and run with out having to wait an hour and a half. |

| | | Instead of eating a full breakfast, I eat a Kashi granola bar before I run then eat breakfast.
I find the the granola bars holds off the hunger pangs until I am finished running and they are fairly low cal (like 140 or so, with 20 carbs, 4 fiber and 5 or 6 protein). |

For the low carbers, protein (whey), caffeine and water....just examples |
