Sounds great! Good Protein, Carb, Fat source!. Every morning I drink a whey protein shake with milk and Oatmeal. Its a great meal to add quality mass. I had that meal twice today..

I can't believe no one mentioned fresh blueberries yet.

I prefer natural honey over splenda or anything like that, but if I use sugar, I will use just a little but of natural cane sugar.

Dried cranberries and walnuts/pecans is also a nice option too

Fresh fruit (if you have it, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries all good). Usually it's oatmeal, one spoon of brown sugar, fresh fruit, and a couple of walnuts ground up on the top. Very good stuff!

Yes, definitely have to agree with some of the posters here. I use 1 scoop of 100% ON with blueberry's, raspberry's, blackberry's, (if i'm spelling these wrong excuse me) strawberry's, cherry's, half a banana, oatmeal (finely grounded in a coffee bean machine), crushed flaxseed, soy milk and ice. All that makes about 2 servings and it's sweet enough for me where I need not to add any sugar or sugar supp. I can't tell you how good and refreshing this is first thing when I wake up as a pre-workout and the other serving post-workout.

I make my oatmeal with milk (I didn't even know you could make it with water? lol) and pour in flaxseeds.

Spelling looks okay, just ditch the apostrophe and add -ies!

A teaspoon of peanut butter doesn't go amiss in oatmeal either.
