| | | Oatmeal I have plenty of plain oatmeal... but I can't stand it plain. So usually I end up spooning on the brown sugar and raisins.
Does anyone have any healthier ideas on how to make oatmeal appealing? |

| | | For breakfast, I eat the steel cut oats, they a little bigger and chewier, and I can sometimes eat them plain, cooked in water, they're that good. I occasionally add a drop of honey to sweeten them up. |

| | I used to eat oats (and other porridge) with a bit of sugar and a bit of butter. Makes it takes 110%
These days I don't put in neither, I just take it with plenty of milk.
There is nothing healthier than oatmeal in the world, don't spoil it |

| | What I've found is that it's best uncooked. I just blend up 1/2 cup oatmeal with 2 scoops of tasty ON whey, 6 ice cubes, and 10 ounces of water, and its amazingly good, and ridiculously good for me. |

| | | I like steel cut oats, made with water, and sprinkled with raisins. Add a cup of milk and a cup of juice and that's a great meal plus a banana and that's my breakfast most days. |

| | | Add half a scoop of vanilla whey, half a tbsp of natural peanut butter and half a banana. Sometimes I'll skip the PB and use a tbsp of milled flax instead | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
