Oatmeal

I have plenty of plain oatmeal... but I can't stand it plain. So usually I end up spooning on the brown sugar and raisins.

Does anyone have any healthier ideas on how to make oatmeal appealing?

Use apple juice instead of water.

Add cinnamon.

Sliced Banana on top.

For breakfast, I eat the steel cut oats, they a little bigger and chewier, and I can sometimes eat them plain, cooked in water, they're that good. I occasionally add a drop of honey to sweeten them up.

I used to eat oats (and other porridge) with a bit of sugar and a bit of butter. Makes it takes 110%

These days I don't put in neither, I just take it with plenty of milk.

There is nothing healthier than oatmeal in the world, don't spoil it

What I've found is that it's best uncooked. I just blend up 1/2 cup oatmeal with 2 scoops of tasty ON whey, 6 ice cubes, and 10 ounces of water, and its amazingly good, and ridiculously good for me.

I like steel cut oats, made with water, and sprinkled with raisins. Add a cup of milk and a cup of juice and that's a great meal plus a banana and that's my breakfast most days.

Add half a scoop of vanilla whey, half a tbsp of natural peanut butter and half a banana. Sometimes I'll skip the PB and use a tbsp of milled flax instead
