Anyway, I looooooove catfish! I also love fresh seared tuna, and sometimes salmon. |

| | I just had a big ole Tilapia filet, topped with spinach, onion, roasted red peppers, garlic, a little olive oil and seasoning cooked on the grill in a foil pack and it was the BOMB!
Come summer I eat a ton of Walleye and Perch. Good stuff there! |
