in my opinion, undoutedly, Indian food is one of the Best food in this world . it is low on fat, plus spicy and delicious! No junk at all!!! what you have to say? you can post your comments on this blog...

looks like it is pretty healthy, depending on how much salt you put on it, though many of the ingrediance were ones I have never heard of before, looks fine.

Yeah, Indian food is delicious. But once Indian food becomes more popular, it will go the way of Chinese food. I'd tell you Chinese food is really healthy because all I eat is healthy Chinese food...When it all comes down to it, it's how you cook.

i am strictly a vegetarian and i eat only indian food being an indian myself.it is healthy all right but only if you make a complete meal. Otherwise it lacks drastically foods with proteins.
