Whats up everyone? I have always read and left comments but I think its time I post a thread.

Just wanted to see the expert chefs come out of the woodwork. Any post of some healthy nutritious recipes would be appreciated!

well not anything big but what I have been eating latly as one of my 6 meals a day is whole wheat bagels with smart balance peanut butter (omega 3 fortified)or tuna melts (no condiments) on whole wheat bread with swiss cheese.

Peanut Butter is natural and pre blended and no sign of High Fructose Corn Syrup dunno what it does but I know its bad.

    Taco Soup!

I'm having taco soup! It's one of my faves! I make a huge pot and have leftovers for lunch and dinner during the rest of the week. The recipe is on my blog: www.sarahsweightloss.blogspot.com
The recipe link is on the left side in the LINKS section.
    Enjoy!

Dinner last night was awesome... maple and almond crusted salmon. It was pretty easy too. You have the skin cut off some salmon filets, then coat them with a nonstick spray.

Preheat skillet to medium-high for 3-4 minutes. Mix up the coating for the salmon-*1/4 cup smoked almonds, *1 tsp chili powder,*1 tsp paprika, *1/2 tsp and garlic pepper. (*For four salmon filets) and then coat each filet.

Spray pan with non-stick spray, and cook filets for three-four minutes on each side, depending on thickness.

Remove the salmon, and put in about 1/4 c. maple syrup and a tbsp of soy sauce. Cook for about 2 minutes, until it gets thick, then drizzle it over the salmon. Delicious! Add whatever veggies you like.

Some grilled chicken with sugar snap peas and corn on the cob. Pretty excited about eating it, just feeling lazy about starting to cook it.
