Elliptical Crosstrainer Help
Hi all,
I have just recived my crosstrainer and the manual only tells you how to assemble it, now it says it has adjustable footplates, and adjustment on the front downward bars, could anyone please explain what are they for, (why I need to adjust them?). thanks

have someone tip the machine over a little and see if there is a small
round foot that will screw in or out on the bottom of the frame. Also what is the brand.
