Website is very poorly designed. Had to squint to read it. Too fancy.

JasonDragon,

You're 100% right. We have re-designed it and will be re-launching it on 1 June 2004, with a few minor enhancements to make the software more useful as well. Please visit again around then, and let us know what you think.

website

i don't know if the website that is there now is the "new and improved" site, but here are the main two problems i have with it:

1. i registered and it will not allow me to log in...it says the email and password do not match, but trust me, the password is correct...i received no email saying i had successfully registered or needed to click a link to register...which means it did NOT automatically direct me to the download page...which means i could not download the software which i was hoping to try after seeing this post...

2. the page must be designed for 800x600 or 640x480 or something, but in 1600x1200 it's hard to read anything and i have a LOT of wasted unused space...the layout and design looks good to me, it's just too small...try larger fonts, or make your page scale to the resolution of the viewer....

if you can tell me how to get registered, i'd love to see the software...

Hi Count,

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. We have not yet gone live with the new version, but it does address the issues you mentioned in terms of design.

as for:
1) Please send an email to support@exertrack.com so that we can communicate on this.
We would like to investigate the specifics, such as the time you tried, server availability, etc regarding your download / register issue. We obviously want the download process to be as smooth as possible, and would like to solve this as best we can.

In the meantime, if you go to

http://updates.exertrack.com/download/exertrack.msi

you can download the software directly. Please note that if you are not registered, you can use the link on the main screen to register. Also, you need to be online the first time you use the app, as it needs to update the application information automatically, such as exercises, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to respond, and please let us know if you have any further issues or suggestions.

We look forward to your email and solving your issue.

Kind regards,
Exertrack Support
