will get rid of the flab around the nipple as well as build muscle so i have started doing this. I don't think it will burn my chest flab does anyone have an exercise for that? My dad also has a rower would this help? am i going the right way with the cross trainer? how can i make my face a bit thinner? just questions like these i need answered, can anyone give me a link of some exercises you would advise me to do? i am sorry if i am in the wrong part of the forum hehe |
