forearm pain/ rowing machine

well, i like a good 10 minute row during my workout and it seems to be doing good for my arms and back but my left forearm always feels funny after. the inside of my forearm sort of gets a feeling inbetween numb and pain. it only happens to my let arm....any ideas?
