I was hoping to get some opinions on an issue I am having with my B day workout. This starts with squats which I am well aware that I have terrible form at and am probably doing wrong as I have only just started them, but both times I have done this now, I have experienced a dead left arm with pins and needles fo a good 1-2 hr period. This not only kills a bunch of my routine but is also very worrying.
As mentioned, my technique is not correct and my gym partner thinks I am just pinching a nerve but I thought that once you released tension on the neve it was supposed to recover much quicker. When I asked one of the rainers tonight he said I could have issues with my 5th / 6th vertebrae which seems quite crazy and a little scary.
Has anyone heard of or experienced anything liek this before? Any thoughts on what I should do?
