does anyone know if an umbilical hernia developed at birth but fixed in surgery at 13 can still affect your abs at 22? right now im very skinny yet my stomach seems to protrude much more than it should, but then i can flex it in and have a vague six pack
so far i have been optimistic that if i keep working out (im currently on my first bulk/cut cycle) it will naturally get more toned but im still concerned there may be an inherent roadblock in getting a much more defined six pack
