Lucky me! I hurt my wrist working out! It hurts when I move my wrist to the left, but the pain has gotten to a very dull ache when I do it. It was a lot worse before. It isn't really killing me and I think that if I tape it up to stabilize my wrist I should be able to do a light workout.
What is the proper way to tape an injured wrist? Should I just wait a few more days to continue my upper body workouts (I have already taken a week off and it is killing me!)
