Any HIIT experts willing to give advice?

Hi everyone! This is my first post here. I'm Reina, age 26. I'm just looking for some good advice about how to most effectively incorporate HIIT into my life.

Specifically, I am looking for advice on my daily diet. i.e. when to eat and what to eat. My diet currently consists of:

breakfast - raisin bran with 2% milk
snack - fruit
lunch - hard boiled egg w/1TB lowfat mayo on high fiber bread and big seving of veggies, maybe some more fruit
snack - handful of pecans
dinner - a huge salad. either chicken caesar or southwestern salad with beans, etc. Or grilled chicken breast with steamed veggies.

Ideally I would like to do HIIT 3 times a week, first thing in the morning. I already am exercising about 90 minutes a day with weight training and cardio. Are there any activities I should specifically either avoid or do on the days that I do HIIT?

That's all I can think of for the moment! I hope it isn't too much trouble for someone to help me out! THANKS!

wow,girl....you're probably in great shape!
im 26/f , too. Just started the HIIT. It's TOUGH!! I've only done 3 - treadmill exercise/5min warm up on 1-2% incline. Sprint/5min on 6.5. Walk/4.0/higher incline. Sprint/5min and I increase the speed each time. I do this for aout 35-45 minutes. Then i'll usually do 10 minutes of eliptical or steps. My diet's not NEARLY as good as yours!! Is that how you eat every day? I eat pretty good but I get cravings sometimes.
Anyways, im sure I didn't answer any questions. But, I wanted to commend you on your diet exercise routines. Goodluck!
