Any one want to post their Hiit success stories

I am new to HIIT, and have read everything I could find about HIIt online, and I would love to read about HIITers success stories in losing fat, compared to regular cardio.

I started out doing 45 min of regular cardio for 3 weeks before finding out about HIIT so I really dont know of how results differ. I am very attracted to HIIT because of the fact that it burns more fat than reg. cardio, and that it increases your metabolism. HOw has HIIT worked for you? And Can we do HIIT forlife?

I've never greatly explored the potential of HIIT, though I'm sure it's there. I do know though that it's helped me enormously to increase my fitness and run faster.
When I first took up a cardio regime, I added HIIT after about four weeks or so. I mixed in HIIT with cardio for a good couple months after that. In that time I became much fitter and lost a lot of excess fat. As for how much of that was from cardio and how much was HIIT? I can't say. But I know from experience the benefits cardio and HIIT together can offer

I did SS cardio for a good 3 months in addition to weight lifting, and although I saw results, I never saw massive results. When I added HIIT 2-3 times per week, I have been experiencing some great changes. In those first 3 months, I dropped about 12 lbs, and in the last 1 month I have dropped close to 10, with HIIT included in the routine.
I dig that it doesn't take very long, and I plan to increase HIIT to 4x per week in about another 30 days.
