hey just another question. I figured out that I have enough time in the morning to fit in 15 minutes of
HIIT. I was wondering if I can do
HIIT in the morning then when i get home from work do a 45 minute jog? or is that "over-doing" it? I can physically do this, but just wondering if I should either do both or only one?
Another thing, can I do
HIIT? I want to lose like 15-20lbs and I can physically do
HIIT each day, but is it more healthy to do it like every 3rd cardio session as I stated beforehand?
