If you can think of any other...I guess its a personal preference kind of thing...I'm looking for Rock/R&B/high energy music also for my MP3 I just got for xmas...I hate hearing a song and then thinking that would be great to download and then forgetting ...I'm tired of beyonce! - Rock like AC/DC I'd throw in and a few others but can't seem to remember alot of them...even oldies...

I'm all over the place with my taste in music (and lmao @ We Fly High by Jim Jones, I love that song but I can't run to it).

Life is a Highway - Rascall Flatts

Not a big fan of theirs but this song gets me going, especially if I'm about to slow it down, I feel like I have to keep running when this song is on.

BAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWLLLIIIIINNNNNNNNN!!!!!!

Sleep Now in the Fire - Rage Against the Machine (my favorite)
Weisses Fleisch - Rammstein
Mein Herz Brennt - Rammstein
Feuer Frei! - Rammstein
Du Hast - Rammstein
Superbeast (Girl on a Motorcycle mix) - Rob Zombie
Feel So Numb* - Rob Zombie (good for the end of your run, when you do *)
Iron Head - Rob Zombie
Spit it Out - Slipknot
No Life - Slipknot
The Nameless - Slipknot
Stabbing the Drama - Soilwork
Dirthouse - Static-X

If anyone likes some of the stuff on that list, I suggest checking out some of the other stuff. You don't really have to like rock/metal to think it's great for working out.

Rocky as mentioned earlier is so good for training as its inspirational. Try watching one of the films before training and you'll prob see a diffference!

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned trance for training? I find it great for getting that extra bit out of my body. Also, found a decent place for podcasts - DJ Steve Boy? They last about an hour and are made to a specific BPM. i found it of the iTunes store (free) and listen to them occasionally.

thanks for listing those 50 songs you run to. Is there a good list out there for the hip hop/ rap or R&B category?

I'm tired of the one I have already.

I am a rock/metal/hardcore guy at heart, but in the gym I need some fast rap too get me pumped. Something with a good running beat.

None of those songs give the boost that I need when I'm doing HIIT. Here's some of the song's on my HIIT playlist on my iPod (for HIIT i listen to anything very fast and very hard, including rock, trance, and some rap):
1. Slipknot - People=**** (people=sh!t to bypass the filter)
2. outkast - bombs over baghdad
3. Signum - second wave (about 3:00 into the song)
4. hoobastank - out of control
5. Eminem - Fight Music
6. Static x - push it
7. a.j.p. - summer wave
8. mudvayne - dig
9. eminem - till i collapse (not fast, but the intro is very motivational)

Yeah i highly recommend the first 3 especially, they REALLY get me to push as hard as I can.

I love The Trooper cover by Children of Bodom. Its fast and intense, and it can usually just push me that extra mile...literally.
