Smile Thank You!

Thank you everyone on this site. because over the past month my scales havent moved although my body shape has been changing I was getting desperate my routine in the past was steady state cardio for over an hour one day then weights the next.
After studying into HIIT I thought I would give it a go as I was not going to give up on losing the rest of my weight.
Well its been a week now since I started utililising HIIT into my workouts and boy what a difference I have finally seen movement on the scales 3lbs in the past week and I have also had to increase the amount of weight I use in my weight training, I dont feel as tired during the day and i dont get the same joint pains on my ankles, feet and knees as I did with long slogs on the cardio when I was doing steady state.
Plus I burn a couple of extra calories mopping up the sweat off the floor. I didnt know I could sweat so much.
Steady state cardio was great but HIIT is my fix for my plateau so I will see how it goes for a few weeks and then possible change routine again. I will keep you posted
