You can get exercises from Trainer Lynn's site ( http://strength-training-woman.com), Body for Life ( www.bodyforlife.com) or www.exrx.net. All of them will give you good exercises to do. Will this be your first time weight training?

| | | | update
i wanted to go slow today
but i just get this itching to go over 6 mph
i started at 4 mph..incline two but after 5 minutes i was bored of such slow speed so i increased it a bit to 5 mph and thought i will be satisfied but i was so wrong i did 3 miles in 34 minutes and next two in 17:O
so i did 5 miles in 51 minutes still it is a bit too much for the 10k run iam planning to win hehe
but at leaset i did 5 miles..i will try to do 6 miles tomorrow
and the good thing is i am not that tired or exhauseted as i was a couple of days back
my speed range was 4 mph to 10.2 mph..incline 2
do i hear a woohoo? | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
