that's around 2000 i think my BMR+activity level is around 2500-2800, but i'm not really moving around too much anymore since i'm just sittin at school and at home doing homework. |

theres a whole lotta tihngs I never found to be occupying until I started needing to do stuff to stop thinking about food. I'm not like a lardass or anything, I've just eaten my ass off all summer while bulking.
