| | AZN Journal 2007, the Cut well cutting has begun. I don't care to log my foods here as I no longer have as much leisure time. And I've planned it out fairly well... so I should be good.
Today tried to max out the bench. My spotter, who also happens to be my neighbor and a good friend of mine ruined my life.
warmup 95 x8
135 x 5
175 x 1
185 x 1
195 x
and this is where my neighbor ruined my life. I just got past sticking point on 195, and i was like "grarrarara YEAH grgarar" and my neighbor thoht i needed help and pulled up... So it doesn't count.
I can't try more than 3 times. That's all I have in me. 195 may seem like little to you, but last time I got 195 I weighed 200, and now I weigh 175. and I'm 15, i thought it'd be pretty good.
btw school sucked. homework in every class. I already have a 3 page paper on Federalist No. 10 due in 2 days and today is the first day of school. A bunch of rednecks in my study hall, like a frightening number of them. It's cool because I took a look around and I probably bench/squat/deadlift more than all of them. This little **** kid was making fun of me today, interestingly enough in the past we were best friends, but w/e. hmm... oh right this girl in my class likes to brag constantly about her intelligence, which is kind of annoying, but w/e. School sucks everyone, in case you've forgotten.
anyway, this is the cut, i'll be postin up my FBWs when I begin them. it'll probably be
M deadlift, superset bench/seated rows
W squat, superset shoulder press/pullups
F superset lunges/step ups(or front squat), superset decline db press/B.O. rows
5x5 and 5 4 3 2 1 |

| | To quote Leigh for a moment. Quote: |
Here is where the real problem lies and how easy it is to avoid having any negative outcomes of soy affecting your life. Soy is becoming a highly used in mass producing. Its cheap, its easy to add into products and the average american thinks its healthy. Soy is the new trans fat. It is being produced in the wrong manner, and we are all going to be the worser for it. In most cases nothing more than unhappy tummy's but for some it can lead to more serious problems.
| There are a number of reasons I don't eat "western" soy. One is the fact it is a phytoestrogen...
IDK yet, I'll think of over dinner here in a few for ya. Lol, glad to see your looking forward to them. |

| | | school wasn't too bad today. I had a funny incident in study hall.
So, to give some background, I'm in an over crowded study hall, in which there are like 24920 rednecks causing trouble/makin noise/pissin me off.
Today, the teacher told everyone to be quiet, stop talking, and do work. So he sees this one kid turned aorund in his seat and he says:
"hey, turn around, and stop talking"
the kid replies, "But I ain't talkin! I playin tic tac toe!"
still, the teacher says "Well you can't play tic tac toe either, why don't you do your homework, or read a book?"
this is the big moment, the kid says, "BUT I CAN'T READ!"
I tihnk he was serious. It was really, really, funny. Maybe you ahd to be there, and since I was, it made my day. |

| | | haha funny;
i was feeling kinda crummy today because i wore a big shirt and the boys were making tons of comments on how i look so much smaller from last year and how i lost so much weight. "duuuude you used to be soo bufff why'd you slim down?!"
i was actually called anorexic -_-
i cant believe how much i took for granted how fun it is being big and what a gift it was to be able to train towards my goals without these chains and pains |
