theres a whole lotta tihngs I never found to be occupying until I started needing to do stuff to stop thinking about food. I'm not like a lardass or anything, I've just eaten my ass off all summer while bulking. Besides, food is tasty. | really? lol |

| | | schedule prevents me from spreading out meals now. I have post workout shakes though. I tihnk 2000 is fine because I really don't have much to do anymore since I just sit on my ass for school, lift 3 times a week, 30 minute walk with the dog... meh.
Thanks Pb. |

| | | I really can't, for instance, my gov't econ teacher, is freakin crazy. "If you're late, I'll have you suspended" "If you aren't staring directly at me and taking notes diligently, I'll kill you" (slight exaggeration on the last one)
wtf?! |

| | I agree with Tony, three meals will be okay, trust me. Just try to do the best you can to get the calories and nutrients you can in these three meals (or in between small snacks, and count them as well).
How is your diet today? Young man? |

I found that sometihng to make you less hungry, is to sleep. Eating and sleeping are now my two favorite activities. |

I know what your saying. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning I feel "tight" and dry, but yes this can assist your cause--done appropriately.
When I got hungry when I was on my quest to lose 30 lbs, one of the things I did was drink a few glasses of water, and then take a very light ride on the upright bike, or take a walk, or do something else to get my mind preoccupied on something else. These cravings are going to be strong at first (embrace it--its actually a good thing....your body is self adjusting---but yelling at you at the same time---because the calories are lower than it expects or has been getting----see Weight loss intracite)......... |
