Smile Blacklily's Weight Loss and Fitness Journal

    Hi everyone,

Welcome to my journal. A few facts first :c)

    I'm 28 years old
    5 foot 5 inches
    10st 2lb

My goal is to be 9 stone. I've put on 7lb the past few weeks and really want to shift this. I enjoy working out but have been lacking the motivation just of late, was hoping seeing my achievements in black and white will help get me back on track.

Over the past year (and couple of months) I have lost 4.5 stone and am really proud of myself. I have found my old eating habits creeping back in to my life and know I need to do something about this.

Woke up this morning with a cold and slight temp, hoping a bit of rest tonight and I'll be 100% tomorrow. Actually don't know if anyone can offer advice, I am not going to the gym tonight as I didn't think this was a good idea when you have a cold or is it beneficial?

Breakfast - 2 glasses of Orange Juice
Snack - 1 orange crunch quality street
Lunch - 1 Sainsbury chicken and stuffing sandwich
Snack - 1 Heroes Twirl, 1 Heroes creme egg
Dinner - 2 hotdogs, carrots & brussel sprouts
Snack - 4 pieces of chocolate (advent calander, mini cheddars and 6 crackers with philly light.

I hat being ill, never been so bored, I miss the gym!

Exercise - I cleaned the flat for half hour, does that count lol
    45 mins yogalates
    30 crunches with legs up
    30 reverse crunches
    20 crunches

Welcome. If you are feeling ill, you should probably hold off for another day.

I doubt it'd do you a great deal of harm but the other people in th egym probably wouldn't have appreciated it.

And I don't want to sound rude but your diet looks shocking, so much chocolate and hardly any protein. Your breakfasts also look way too light, you've just woken up after many hours without food, you need to fuel your body up more heavily in the morning, it'll probably help you cut down on the snacking later on too

Thanks for the advice, I am trying to be a little healthier - thankfully that is not a typical day for me!
