Yeah, yeah, I know. Nobody wanted to see my rhymes. Rapping in haiku is hard though. Somebody ought to appreciate me.
Also, for the first time in ages, I managed to take a bath without passing out afterwards. Everything's turning up meeee. Except I didn't eat quite enough. But, I did better than yesterday, that's for damn sure.

211.2 this morning. Seem to be right on track, assuming I haven't lost any water weight, gained any muscle or messed up any of 5'ish calculations. (Obviously, neither of the first 2 are likely to be true, haha. I hate you so much, scale). 2.4lbs for the week, with the goal being 2.4. But at least the numbers are moving, this pleases me. I feel much lighter and way less sluggish than I did last week, so that's a good sign.
I'm thinkin' I should maybe get my beginner's running schedule going soon. But it's so cold out, damnit. I'll need to find me some leggings and a toque and whatnot. I guess I'll do some more cycling for the moment. Also, in a month or two , once I'm a little more adjusted to the weight, I think I'll start doing some pilates or some yoga or such on one or two off days. Or maybe get that magnificent mobility DVD and a foam roller. Definitely need something. Right now I'm about as flexible as a dead tree.

I'm having some urges. Like, I'm playing some basic scales, y'know, unwinding a little now that I'm home, and I have this sudden, powerful desire to do some weight training. But that would be crazy because I just did, yesterday. I gotta wait till tomorrow at least. Maybe Tuesday.
But yeah. My body seems to want to go a little harder. Maybe if I up the intensity on my cardio a bit? I've been holding back because I'm still following my "avoid burnout like the plague" policy. Is my mind playing tricks on me? Ahhhh.
I think I'll let it run a bit and see how I feel. Can't hurt to bump it up to 70%'ish for maybe 45 mins and then drop down to my "regular" 50%, can it?
Sorry if this seems like a stupid problem to be having, but it is. A problem, I mean. I have issues with intensity. XD

I'm totally in love with random meal creation. I threw together some blackeye peas, quinoa, spinach, a bit of shaved almond, potassium salt, cayenne pepper, nutra sea (a lemon-flavored fish oil) and dill. 1 cup each of the peas and quinoa, everything else to taste. Tossed it a bit. It was really quite tasty, and most satisfying.
The cardio went fine. I let myself go just a little, but then hopped off the bike once I'd hit 25 miles. This ended up being about 25 minutes earlier than I would have at my other pace, but I don't feel I worked very hard at all, let alone excessively. Just got my sweat on a little. 874 calories for 80 minutes at a moderate pace? That does seem too high. But, the math's good. It's just the formulas I have available. They all seem to agree. Doesn't feel anything like 874 calories worth of effort, though. I know back when I was in my heavy weight loss phase around 16 I would burn 800 calories in an hour on the elliptical, and that felt like 800 calories.
Anyway, I guess all is well. Forgot to take my creatine earlier, but I caught myself just now.

Persons who have seen my previous posts, know I preach that: "That the truest form of wisdom is learning how to master yourself". If you learn how to master yourself in the road to your goal, you will never fall off and stub your mental focus; therefore, this is the hocus-pocus for [Focus]!
And, on the road to your goal or when you reach your goal:
Sure ENOUGH, we want [Focus] in the BUFF to show his real STUFF without all the FLUFF because we all know he is TOUGH and no cream PUFF!
Learn to master yourself and you will in deed be the king of your goal road. Pot holes will not stop you because you have the asphalt to fill it. Cracks will not soften you because you have the external material to fill it. You will never steer yourself off road, because you have the four wheel drive to keep you alive to thrive and you will always survive!
