thanks for bringing this one back....

and I will NOT be going for anything like this tonight. Sitting here, at my desk, I am very strong. But, when I stand up, it is immediately apparent that I am just an itty bitty baby boy! Give me legs a couple days recovery.

Did you take water over your head by setting your goal as a 75lbs gain instead of 50, like the rest of us?
You know some of us like to set goals that are difficult to reach.

RDL - 500lbs for 5 reps today.

I have a feeling everything is going to work out for my 75lb goal.

lol This goal for me is just barely gonna work.. but I suspect I could have gotten more if it wasn't for the fact that I changed training method like a coupple of weeks into this. It takes a while to get into it, but I think now I have a steady 7.5kg DL gain each month

Somehow I doubt I'm gonna do this seeing as I've moved into a calorie deficit and feel as weak as a vegetarian right now.
I'll probably give 425 a go though; I'll just have to make sure no one is looking when I try it

Just pulled 408 lbs, which is a bit over my goal, it was very easy.
Here is a video:
YouTube - Deadlift

Keep in mind, in Norway one of those planets are 44 lbs, not 45 lbs like in the US
