Stayed up too late last night watching the Red Sox! I keep waiting for them to disappoint, it seems like they almost always do!

I have to go to NYC tomorrow on busniess, so probably no workout tomorrow or maybe Wednesday either, so I had to work out today no matter the lack of sleep.

And, of course, our Patriots looked pretty good yesterday too, although we just expect them to win a lot (and win another Super Bowl this year)!

Missed the last 3 days due to business travel. Spent 6 hours in the car driving back from Rochester yesterday, everything is stiff from too much sitting and too little moving! My right hip and right knee are especially sore.

Light recovery workout and lots of stretching today:

External Rotations: 2x15x8's
Handstand Pushups: 2
Widegrip Pullups: 10
Dips: 12xBW+45 lbs

Leg Curl: 15x135
