| | Sorry to hear about your situation - have you thought about buying stuff (like boneless/skinless chicken breasts) in bulk? |

| | chin up Christi. I've been where you are. When I first got married we were SOOOOo broke and had to do the same thing with the food. It will get better. Have any farmers markets starting up around there? Also, for a little more than the price of soda you can get some skim milk which IS food and a better option as far as drink goes. It probably also lasts longer
You can also look for the game hens or UNCOOKED rotisserie chickens, they usually go for about 4 bucks. You can get some whole carrots and potatoes and cook it altogether for about an hour. you can get 2 or more days out of them. Three if you cook the carcass for soup! Good budgetting! |

| | I'm pushin.
Id gained some back, but I lost five of that. I'll post weight in a week
as for diet, I made some chicken noodle soup (and you all know I love that!), and i got some extra lean ham, and some low fat cheese.
I'm drinking limeade, water, and powerade. It seems to be working.
and I've been munching on carrots, celry, and go lean cereal |

Frozen vegetables like broccoli and spinach are always on sale for 5 pkg for $5 here. When you dont have cash, you reduce the variety of the foods you buy. Soda is almost as expensive for a 12pk as water for a 24pk. Also gallon water jugs are only $.99.
I dont know your situation exactly and I wish you the best of luck. Just trying to give you some ideas. |

Now I'm realizing that when I go into the grocery store, I usually end up buying the stuff that I see in the end coolers. Which is usually frozen pizza, and banquet dinners. I'm stupid. haha.
I just need to budget more. |

| | | I made a promise to myself that when I got into the 150's, which I havn't been at since freshman year in highschool (i've now been out for a year), that I'd ditch this diary and make a new one. I slacked a lot in this journal, because really I had no confidence in myself whatsoever. But Now I can see, I can do it. I am completely capable. I've lost 30+ pounds already. and I'm more than half way there. |
