Im back banging today!!!!!

Diet:

2 eggs - 160
1/2 grapefruit - 39
2 figs - 42
can of mackeral fillets - 215
apple - 65
naan bread - 318.57
roast chicken thigh - 109
roast potatoe - 200
green beans - 33
carrot - 3
leek - 8
oat bar - 211.5

TOTAL - 1494

Workout -
10 minutes walking
19 minutes running - YEAH BABY HAHA IM SO PROUD WOOO
2 x 17 push ups
2 x 20 flutter kicks
2 x 10 1 legged wall squats
2 x 6 pike press ups

i was soaked in sweat after all this- it was great trying some new moves

48 minute bike ride hard-med intensity

Strengh training:

2 x 30 lunges
2 x 30 decline crunches
2 x 18 shoulder presses with weight
2 x 30 dips

yes it was just one beer eric l lol, im not sure alcohol calories can be used by the human body.

yeah i love it but i dont eat it very often, no the first time i had it was with a curry in a pub, it was so good. i love it with chicken tikka masala, i havent had it for months.
