Your diet is improving. However, what I am mostly interested in is the Calorie intake V. Caloric expenditure ratio.......do you know your deficits per day?
I think we just missed each other today. I would rather speak with you when you are on.......I will try to match your time......let me know.....I posted some questions in the Chill log, and I have a few more......I want to tweak you just a tad......and see where you are at.......and your progress....

I was thinking about you........Hope your day went well and their were no bad things happen'-----------SMILE JACKIE........!!!!
========================================================== The Bottom Line: When you put your best to the test, you'll discover that your best is plenty good enough.
========================================================== "When I dare to be powerful - to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid."
==========================================================
========================================================== Jackie: One-Of-A-Kind
Jackie's heart and MIND are COMBINED and this is ONE-Of-A-KIND Jackie: Must SEE
Jackie has removed all the mental DEBRIS and has set herself FREE with much GLEE, and I AGREE, Jackie is a MUST SEE. Jackie: LET ME SHOW YOU Jackie has the heart SHAMPOO to SUBDUE any POO; so put on your shoes and wipe off the GOO and BREW the NEW Jackie TABOO; let me show YOU!
========================================================== Some thoughts for you to think about today, my friend: Courageous Abundance?
Audre Lorde
Being abundant - exercising the freedom to be who you are - is the hardest thing in the world to do.
And yet, it is also the easiest thing to do.
If we only have awareness of the power of who we are.
You've had those moments, haven't you? When you've grasped the power of your greatness, the power of your uniqueness.
Maybe it was a split second. The pure, unbridled beauty of who you are fit together perfectly with where you are.
And you understood.
You knew.
But then something happened. Something came along - a thought, an old belief, a comment from a friend. And that knowing was gone.
Why is it so challenging to live who we are more frequently than not?
It's got to do with our fears. When we lose that knowing, it's because our fear is bigger than our courage.
But what is fear if not perception? Conditioning? Learned behavior?
What is stalling your Courageous Abundance?
========================================================== Working WITH what you have available IS NOT A LIMITATION if you look at it the correct way: "Do all the good you can, in all the ways you can, to all the souls you can, in every place you can, at all the times you can, with all the zeal you can, as long as ever you can."
John Wesley
==========================================================
Hello, Jackie. I hope you had a good day. I wish you the best........each and every day.
Best wishes,
Chillen
