s spread - 27.5

oat bar - 157

brown roll, s spread, ham, lettuce, tom, cucumber - 199.16

apple - 55

apple pie - 269

protein powder with water - 83

dinner - chicken breast, potatoes, and runner beans - 500

TOATL =1566.66

Workout

it was too cold to run,
2 x 9 press ups
2 x 4 dips
3 x 60 crunches
12 lunges
10 laterial raises

dinner - scampi, potatoes, and peas - 500?

TOTAL; 1647

Workout:

15 mins running around fields even thou it was raining a bit
10 mins walking
press ups; 10,3,3
dips: 5,5,4
3 x 60 crunches
12 lunges
10 laterail raises

lamb curry homemade, potatoes, fine beans - 500?

supper - apple 55

TOTAL - 1626.39 c

Workout - its was raining hard so i couldnt run outside, so i didnt workout.

burger king whooper meal - aprently 670 + 400
with orange juice - 110

banana - 70

apple pie - homemade, heathly - 269
soya milk - 43

turkey breast, potatoes, sweetcorn - 500?

chips n cheese - 450????

TOTAL (if this is right, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!) - 2891

Workout:

15 mins running
10 mins walking
10, 8 press ups
2 x 6 dips
3 x 60 crunches
- 45 minute workout
