| | hey I just deadlifted 297x17 mixed grip, lite tap and go, never letting go of bar.
well this was way tough, while getting to 10reps I really didn't belive I would make it to 16, but heres what I'm gonna do to break through it-
lighten-up for a straight set of 25ish, and lighten up a tad for a set of 18, then taking the time to just add 5lb (as a rest) gut out another 5ish, after adding the 5lb I'd like to be around 297.
I use both systems to continue this type of training. |

iv just caught an intense interest in olympic lifts so im glad my power clean is moving nicely and my weightlifting shoes are coming in lol
iv had a gf for 6 months  since december
