Give 2500 a shot and see what happens. You're very active so I wouldnt be surprised if it were higher. Eat as much as you can that still allows progression towards your goal. No reason to starve yourself.

helllooooo people!!

Ok just a little update for you.....

I LOVE THE STEPPER !!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAH ok i am feeling slightly high right now as just came back form a jog at Sydney Harbour and its a glorious day out there!!!!..........

OK so I am still doing boxing every morning but am also starting to incorporate HIIT on the stepper (I did 20 minutes last night - 1 min warm up then 30 seconds level 8 / 30 seconds level 11 / 30 seconds etc etc etc until I hit 19 minutes then 1 min cooldown)..... IT WAS AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THEN I did a full body workout using freeweights/bodyweight..... Now I have a question for all you lifters out there.... what is the difference between the straight bar with adjustable weights on the end and the bar with two curves in the middle???..... is it supposed to be for ease of lifting/hand grip????...... anyway i used the curvy one which felt kinda strange....

Still waiting on NROL.... HURRRYYYYYY UPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway I FEEL AWESOME TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry for caps, actually no I am not! I am at work now so I cant express this feeling SO CAPS IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The curved bar is designed to place less stress on your wrists and is used mostly for bicep and tricep work. Keep up the hard work!!

Thanks for clarifying!

OK had a very tough kickboxing session this morning and pushed myself to the edge! it was magic!......

Am feeling a little tired this afternoon but am going to go to the gym for some HIIT & Weights... I know that once I get in there I will feel good....

Started a graph of progress today measuring kilos dropped per month with the graph starting at 98 and going all the way down to 59..... The massive drop in the first month of 10 kilos (22.1 pounds) looks awsome on the graph - am looking forward to the 22 of March coming round to see how I have progressed in the second month...

ANyway gota go burn some a**!!!!

Great Job!! One question, would you be able to do your weight training before kickboxing? Having more energy would allow you to have a better weigth training session.

I wish I could because it would be ideal - the only prob is that I usually get to bed quite late and would need to wake up at 5am instead of 6am to get to get to the gym in time to do weights before heading over to boxing.....

I think I will make sure I do at least one weights session (out of 3) on Saterday as I dont have boxing on Saterdays...

Good tip thanks Jokers!

Whoa, that's awesome! I guess maybe I should add some cardio to my workouts, if I'm at all serious about weight loss.

Thanks Tony & Openczun!!

Yeah I even suprised myself with the drop BUT I guess I should let you know I was a book reading, TV watching couch potatoe who used to eat chocolate, ice cream & biscuits for DINNER!!! R U KIDDING ME!!!! I just couldnt imagine putting that cra* in my system anymore.... so I was basically doing zero excercise and eating a billion calories a day. Its amazing I wasnt much bigger than I was....

So, from that to hardcore excercise 5/6 days a week is a massive shock to the system but hey I AM LOVING IT!!! AND cant wait to be fitter & fitter and be a machine like I used to be... I am already addicted and dont really even think about losing weight very much, its more about getting the high and digging deeper when you want to collapse on the floor!!....

I think you should - I know a lot of people advocate weights weights weights but really I think you should mix it up and shock your body with different things... I am incorporating "real" weights into my routine because I was only doing cardio and weight bearing stuff at boxing.... Good luck and KEEP GOING!!!
