Did my usual Sunday workout, Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout, but I starsted using a 3 lb weight when she uses a body ball. Boy did i feel it!
No bike today, dd and I are doing a lot of walking, and i think i'm finally ready to figure out how to use my pedometer! |

I did the mat work on the DVD Reach by Kari Anderson as I had only 20 minutes to work out that morning.
But, bike later! I’ve increased the resistance a little. |

I did Karen Voight’s Body Reform Abs and Back. It ahs a lot of pilates and is 50 minutes long. I’ve got the pedometer out since I have errands to do, with a lot of walking, and know I won’t have energy for the bike later. |

I did Kari Anderson's Angles Lines and Curves #2, which is an hour of body sculpting and pilates with some yoga thrown in there.

I did Karen Voight's Streamline Fitness this morning, one of my favorite videos. It's about 25 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of abs, back, and yoga streches.
