Tuesday the 3rd
Karen Voight's Streamline Fitness, both workouts. In the beginning I could only do one or two of the reps in the ab segment, now I can do all but two!
Karen Voight's Firm Arms and Abs, the old 40 minute video. When she says to use both weights (Im using 5's); I've been using a 5 and a 3, but it's a little easy for me, I'm almost almost almost ready to move to double the weight!
Sunday the 8th
Did the bike last night, Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout today, but no bike tonite, I'm going out and will probably/hopefully dance a lot! Hope that makes up for it.
Monday the 9th
Did Karen Voight's Yoga Focus, both workouts - 30 minutes of postures and 20 of stretch, and boy did I feel good afterwards; just as good as hard cardio (probably b/c I stink at yoga and have to work pretty hard at it!) Bike later.
Thurs the 12th
Cory Everson's 30 minutes Get Hard arm and shoulder workout; then The Firm's 5-day abs.
Didn't walk yesterday, I must admit...but bike tonite!
And Space Hamster - cool name, btw - unless I'm mistaken, I don't think any of my pilates videos use weights.........thanks for the vote of confidence, though!

Kari Anderson's Angles Lines & Curves video #2 - it's 62 minutes but I did some of it on fast forward and got it down to 45.
