Today, I think I'll do some squats, BORs, and cleans...

Just curious... I love talking fitness etc.

No worries man, I love a good fitness chat myself!
I'm eating 2400-2500 calories a day, that puts me at about a 500 calorie deficit. Macros are about 35% fats, 35% carbs, and 30% protein. For me to simply maintain, I would need to eat about 3000 cals.

Cool, cool. What is your lifestyle (how many calories do you burn just by day to day activities?) and what activity are you doing that is factored into that maintance? I'm cutting too..
How are the results so far?
I'm sure your kicking ass!

My calories burned just by being alive is something like 2100 cals. Then, with weekly exercise factored in, I need 3100 cals to maintain. The activities I'm doing are 3 full body workouts a week, heavy lifting, low reps. Then 20 min steady state cardio after lifting, and HIIT on Tuesday and Saturday. Thursday is my busiest day at school, there from 9:30-9:00, so I just take it off. Sunday can be off or I might go in for a run session. So far, I'm down to about 202 or so, so things are good. I want to get to 190 and see how things are. I might need to drop to 185 before I really happy, and ready to bulk again. We'll see!
Kick ass man!

Split Squats - 135, 155, 175, 185, 175
Inc. DB Bench - 55s, 60s for 3, 55s for last
superset
Renegade Rows - same as bench
Didn't feel like deadlifting this week. Supersetting the bench with the rows was rough, but enjoyable. Got sick over the weekend, so that is going to be a wrench in the plans for a bit. Gonna be hard to lift and eat everything. I have no appetite, and I feel like I can barely unzip my pants to take a leak...I hate being sick!

I did like a triples day on Monday. Only did 6x3, but whatever.
It was nice, then ran for 25 minutes. Gonna do some DLs tomorrow, dips, pullups, maybe more.

I don't know why I let my journal fall off, cause I know I sure haven't! Ha, anyways, just wanted to make an update.
Had an awesome workout today. Holy **** I love deadlifting. My old PR was 255, I double checked in the Deadlift Chart thread. I really need to do PR coming up soon, cause I was doing 265 for reps on my last set.
I did 5x5 and superset deads with standing military press.
I was pretty damn wiped, but managed 3x5 on bent over row
BOR - 105, 115, 105
Then ran a couple miles to boot. I felt like I could destroy worlds today, it was awesome! I am addicted to deadlifting, I wish I could do that **** everyday.

I didn't know you had a journal. I'll check it out.
I like deads too. I'm much better at it than squatting

Thanks for stopping in dude, not too much excitement in here though, haha.
Yeah, same here. I like squatting too, but I think deadlifts just come more natural to me. Something about picking up really heavy stuff is just fun.

Split squats are unilateral. You lunge forward, and instead of coming back to an erect position, you stay in that lunge position and do reps. Like this, except with mass weight!

Yessir, it's a Chevelle SS, I believe this one was a 1970. I can't say for sure if it was a 350, 396, cause I like to think it's a 454! BTW, it's just a picture I swiped from Google, such a sexy car...

I had a decent workout yesterday. Did power cleans, squats, renegade rows, and incline dumbbell presses.
OK, so I'm a wuss, but I'll eventually put up some good numbers when my time comes.
Squats 4x6
135, 155, 165, 175
superset w/
Renegade Rows
55s for all 4 sets
Inc DB Press
55s in each hand for 4x6
Then ran 3 miles, 22 mins.
So my squat has definitely lost some of it's umph, that blows. I was doing 185 pounds with not problem at the tail end of my bulk, and now I'm struggling with 175. Oh well, 3 more weeks or so, and I'll start bulking again.
