Thanks, I'll look into it after a while. Not sure I cook enough to do that though. My cooking usually consist of cooking a whole bunch of chicken breasts at once and chopping up a whole bunch of veggies.. chicken and salad all week.. hehe.

anyway. went to subway, but got a salad instead of a sandwich. and mixed some whey with water for protein. about to eat some tuna and hummus.

also just drank a glass (well, cup - not measurment) of green tea.

hitting the HIIT today.. 45 - 60 mins.

mahi mahi for dinner tonight, about to look on zaar for some recipes.

cooking the pb granola bars tonight too

Greene isn't a fish fan or I would try to cook it. The only fish that he'll eat is Long John Silver's because it doesn't taste like fish..

Haven't tried any of these yet but I have some of them so I can't tell you from experience how they are. Let me know when/if you try them what you think.

I've made each of these recipes multiple times - I can vouch for them. NOTE: the pineapple chicken lo mein recipe never tells you when to add the pineapple into the wok/skillet - I add it with the chicken.

excellent! havent had a chance to rate them yet, but i will.

my bf just told me that his mom baked a cake and his sister just baked some congo bar things that he is bringing back with him.. ahh the temptation.

oh well, i just threw away half a pint of ben and jerrys ice cream that was in the freezer so i would eat it.

Noooooo...you threw away Ben and Jerry's... Believe me if I bought Ben and Jerry's, there would be nothing left of the pint.

I know I know, but really, I almost feel sick after eating stuff like that now days, so it was best.

Had a pb granola bar around 7:30am.. i never eat that early! and am eating oatmeal now. I usually use the packaged kashi golean oatmeal, but i thought i'd try the regular old fashioned oat left from making the granola bars.. mixed with some vanilla soy milk.. wow.. tastes sooo much better that that packaged stuff... a lot cheaper too!
