well I'm trying for a bit of both, want to gain some power and strength, but its mostly to get into shape. This is my second week now of lifting. Im looking to increase my weights and thought it would be nice to post it in a forum, were i could maybe get some tips of what i'm doing wrong.
Im 5'7 and 240lbs, so weight loss is always good, carrying around 60 or so pounds of fat is never a good thing i guess
