Nutrition Journal

I decided to start posting my nutrition in a seperate log rather then my old one. Nutrition is 90% of your success so I think it deserves its own journal. I think if I improve what I eat then I will get alot better gains. Nutrition has always been my weak point. I haven't gotten bigger much because I haven't been getting enough calories, even though I think I am eating enoguh, it turns out I'm not since I weigh between 170-175 and I weighed that in march. I'll start posting tommorow.

Need 3400 calories to get bigger (activity set at 5x week intense)

Meal 1, 2:18 PM
4.5 Pancakes with macadonion nuts: 770 Calories
2 cups of milk: 180 Calories

Meal 2, 4:30 PM (after workout, today was running day)
2 cups of milk w/ 2 scoops of whey protein 440 calories
2 packets of oatmeal 320 calories
Yogurt 100 calories
3/4 *(4) mixed vegetables 140 calories (havne't eaten yet, force feeding this... )

Meal 3, 7:18 PM
2 packets of oatmeal 320 calories

Meal 4, 10 something
2 packets of oatmeal 320 calories
2 cups milk w/ whey 440 calories

Mela 5, 1 AM
Yogurt 100 calories

^^^ inaccurate, some login thing came on and told me I had to refresh the page or something so I didn't save at meal 5. best guess. I still need 90 more calories to get the rest. Tommorow I will start putting Macronutrients and such.

Did not track nutrition today. I know I have the calories and I know what I ate throughout the day.

3 pancakes with peanut butter
Yogurt
Oatmeal (TONS)
2 chicken breasts
Water w/ Whey protein
Soda (like half a cheat because I drank it after my workout for the simple carb= insulin spike, I know theres better ways though but better then nothing).

lol. get in your fruits and veggies like mom says. you may want to consider a multivitamin because you dont eat a lot of f/v

thats a lot of milk lol i think i drink almost as much though :P
look at your training log; i posted
and where do you buy your whey?
it seems to me that since your family has "financial problems" and since you are eating so much whey, that you must be getting your whey cheap. i got mine for 26$ for 5lbs

and are those protein pancakes? i hope they are:P

Alright, we got some crap load of groceries so I should be in a good mood for a week or so. Now everything is starting to run smoothly. Too bad the season is almost here. I woke up really early today only got 5 hours of sleep. Hopefully it won't hinder my workout. I need to start waking up earlier anyway.

Meal 1 at 9:29 AM (no more waking up in the afternoon)
2 Apples
Cup of milk
Peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread
Cheerios

Meal 2

Dinner sucked. It provided lots of protein and mostly good fats but the carbs were horrible. Again I had to work it off again. The Calories were way over so its no doubt that some of it will be fat. I'll add in a session of HIIT sometime this week to negate it. Should of just stopped at the buffalo wings those were actually decent:

10 HOt wings= 600 calories, 35 fat, 5 carb, 55 protein

yeah! No Junk food today Too bad I'm out of milk. That actually helped me a little because now I'm less dependent on it and can get more protein sources hench why my carbs wen't down and protein intake went up.
