Thats rat^^^^ man, you should have written it on his hands haha. We have waka here which is similar to dragon boat racing. I wouldnt mind giving it a good go one day.

Hmm, that sounds pretty cool too. I wasn't really racing in a dragonboat but rather a ^^^^ty little rental canoe.

I'm glad I went though, cuz i had such a burning feeling in my arms after bookin it for like 1/4 a mile in a boat, I kind of want to take up rowing. Good feeling.

dude thats good stuff. i would do this but unfortunantly my crappy bar is too weak for
1rm's :/ i need an olympic bar.

did a bunch of dips and whatnot in preparation for what workouts i'm going to do when i cut.

tomorrow i'll max deads, or maybe monday i'll max deads, next week bench and what not, then a break and i'll be cutting
