Cool Time to Divorce the Fat!!! The Journey to the new me.

Hi everyone - I was recommened this site from someone that is helping me lose some fat and get onto a better me.

This is my daily dairy that I will be starting today and I promise to write in it at least once a day. Please feel free to comment, offer suggestions, or just stop in and say hi!!!

Here is a bit about me:

I am 31, married to a wonderful husband, have 4 wondeful children. Taylor (my DD is 9), Mikayla (my DD is 7), Jacob aka JT (my DS is 2 1/2) and Madison (my DD is 7 months old). I have always been into shape, playing lots of sports etc until the last 2 years and I just let it all go down hill from there.

I still play tennis, enjoy watching UGA football, and spending time with my family.

Tonight I will be posting my measurements - PLEASE do not make fun of me cause I have some weight to lose. I am currently at 161 and I should be around 115 for my height but I know over time I will get there. What is the saying? Slow and steady win the race?

Well I am going to win this race!!

I look forward to getting to know everyone here and chatting with each of you in your journey to reach your goals.

Thanks!

Thanks Chillin -

I know the road will not be easy and I know that there will be times that I will need motivation and a kick in the rear. But I am determined even when there is kinks in the road.

I am just ready to start losing weight and getting on the road with this journey. I am tired of being fat, tired of no energy, tired of hating how I look in the mirror. I am just tired of being depressed and feeling like I will never feel good agian.

I am determined to succeed. When I set my mind to something I give it my all and this is no exception. I have some some short term goals and long term goals and I will be posting those here in the next couple of days for everyone to see.

My measurements are to come tonight etc... Once kiddies are in bed LOL

Thanks,
T

Goals are a great thing to have short term and long term.
I right down all my goals both long and short.
I have a daily list of goals ranging from workouts, business and school. By accomplishing each of my daily goals I am one step closer to reaching my long term goals.

No one will poke fun at you.

I would not belong to a community that did so. I've been here for quite some time and have never seen such a thing happen here (recently changed names which resets your join date and such.).

Best of luck with your goals. Its good that your C-PT is willing to show you places like these. It shows he is fully confident in his abilities.

I thought it was a good idea:
I will be trying to get more of my online and face to face clients to post journals on this board so that we can have more people motivating each other. The more the merrier
