Will do. They must really help because everyone is telling me that lately. I can't wait to see what happens when I add those into my routine.

You may see your weight loss level out for a little while, since you should be adding a little muscle at the same time. But in the long run this extra muscle will help you shed the remaining lb's you want. Remember to start light and basic, get into the routine then build it up to a full workout. Going to hard to fast makes your body angry, and can sometimes turn you off to the whole weight exercise thing.

Great to see you are making progress and sticking to the plan you set out for yourself. I can't wait to see your 3 month pictures.

That makes sense. I will go hard on cardio but play it smart on the weights. I sent you my new home gym poster this am but here it is for everyone else to see.

This is a 36" x 18" poster I will print at work.

I actually started down this road about January but I really started to get into it after I started posting here. So really I have lost that amount over a month+.

Weight training added! Woot!

I could not do 12 reps on the first exercise or the pushups (about 6-8 reps each) but the others were doable. The figgin' superman was a motherfunker! I could only hold that for abotu 30 seconds.
