Bfast 6:50am

Egg Starts
1 Whole Wheat Bagel
1 glass of light OJ

Snack 10:00am

1 can of High Protein Pudding (InStone)
1 apple

Lunch 11:30pm

:Arthur Bryants BBQ:

Turkey
Some BBQ Sauce
2 Slices White Bread
1 side of baked beans

Snack 3:00pm

2 Scoops Muscle Milk
12oz 2% Milk

Dinner 6:30pm

1 Apple
Wheat Bagel (no topping)

Snack 8:30pm

12oz 1% Milk
2 Scoops of Muscle Mlik

Have you started lifting yet? If not, start. If so, make sure you're throwing in some db swings, some plate lunges, and get a sledghammer and tire and have fun swingin' that baby around.

What you're doing seems to be working, but maybe replace the muscle milk.. It's more of a calorie shake, I use it to bulk..

mreik speak tha trueth.
Interesting story with the MM product, I went through my first tub , no problems all good etc etc. Got my second tub and for some reason with the same scoop size and same volume of milk this batch is a least twice as thick. I have to almost double the milk if I want to slug i back. Weird.
