| | | Oh and I decided since my son wont really eat meat, Im gonna start him on whey shakes. He really loves the ones I make, so I am thinking maybe once a day Ill give him a 1/4 scoop or something.
He did eat some of my tacos the other night, but then not the next day. Hes such a picky eater. |

Erika's natural tastes run along the lines of - any meat, lots of veggies, and fruit
It's perfect! heh. We joke around our house that if you told Erika steak comes from a cow she'd be out in the fields chasing them around. | Thats funny. He eats veggies all the time. Drinks a good amount of milk. He just doesnt like to try anything new, though when he does he likes it.
Plus since Dasha is a vegetarian she will only give him nuggets. Ive tried to give him chili but he wont eat it. He always eats this russian soup stuff called borsch. It basically has no nutritional value, just radishes and beets I think, but what can I do since I married into Russian? |

| | Do you try hiding meats in anything? The only meat my little girl eats without a fight is bacon, and she refuses veg that isn't green (Pink and green are her favourite colours), but there's always a way to hide food in things, like making tortellini and filling it with Chicken.
She also says that Tomatoes make her tummy hurt so I dice them and chuck them in with sauces. There's always a way
Oh, and another trick, get your boy to help in the preparation. My girl is 3 now and she can make herself things like a healthy home made pizza; she peels her own onions and everything. When they've had a hand in the preperation they're far more keen to eat it |

| | | He'll be 2 in February.
CCR he does help Dasha bake and eat cake. He does love to eat eggs with wheat toast and butter. He wont eat any other eggs but the ones I make. We went to ihop Sunday and he wouldnt touch the greasy eggs.
edit~ We've agreed that he wont eat beef. She would like him to be a vegetarian but I wont allow it. |

Squat ~ 3@205 4x3@215 2x3@185 2x3@195 3@185
Starting at the 185 sets I focused on a longer eccentric portion. That stuff sucks.
DB Push Press
3x10@45
Pushup on Med balls
2x10
Ball Crunch with Med ball throw (without the actual throw)
2x10@15
Feet Elevated Pushup
10
Decline Situp
10@10
Solidified how much I really hate squats. |

| | | So monday I went to do 10x3 deadlifting. I havent deadlifted in about 3 weeks and at that time was doing 305x4 so I figured why not pull 315. I could only pull it once on 5 sets. It wasnt a max, but I couldnt pull it twice. I felt like a wuss.
However pullups are getting pretty easy. |

If you are going to try the V-Diet with just whey protein, you will fail miserably. |

| | | I have Nitrean but I am getting 10lbs of ON whey plus 2lbs of casein. We'll see how it goes. I am thinking of eating breakfast each morning however.
But the calories will still be around 1400-1700 per day. |

But the calories will still be around 1400-1700 per day. | You will definately need the extra casein. Even with the nitrean (64% whey with isolate being the primary fraction, 18% casein, and 18% egg albumin) you will be hungry for it isn't filling. I did the V-Diet with Nitrean and it was rough. I did ok, but results could have been better. When I do it again, I will use Metabolic Drive, that stuff is so filling. Best of luck to you. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
