Machine Row - 3x110, 3x130, 3x150, 3x160, 3x170, 3x3-180 (had to find right weight)
Push Press - 5x5-115
ss with
Chin Up - 5x5-BW+20
Was pretty good although I miss working legs. I should've just deadlifted instead. |
