| | | Hey Tony, if one were to have a workout with both back squats and front squats; which order do you believe they should be done?
I personally think back > front. Agreed? |

| | | Really depends on if you want to do the easier of the two first, or the hardest. If I were going to do them together I would probably do fronts first. But this also depends on the rest of the workout. |

| | | Tony,
Just asking, referring to the Naturally Diesel Article, its needs you to load the carbs. Does it work like this?
High Carb Day = 60% carbs , 40% Protein , 10% Fat
Medium Carb Day = 40% carbs, 40% Protein 20% Fat
Low Carb Day = 20% Carbs, 60% Protein 20% Fat
Does it work that way? |

| | | So today I thought I was off and I decided to wake up early and go to the gym in the a.m. My father in law got a membership to one of the local gyms here so I said I would split the cost and use the same card. Gyms here are $80/mo and Im not paying that. He only got it for the pool anyways.
Regardless my body was not used to this early morning stuff and after my first tri set I felt so much like I was going to puke I left. I literally stood hunched over by my car for a few minutes.
Heres what I did:
Deadlift 10@245, 8@245, 20@135
Pullup 10, 7, 7
Leg Raise 10,10,15
I was going to continue on with some db snatches but I couldnt. I am going to go tomorrow even earlier 530am! Thirty minutes prior I had a whey/dex shake. Tomorrow I am going to try choco milk before I go. |

| | | Well it is time for day 2 of early morning training. Hopefully I can do a bit more work this morning. I just had a glass of FF choc milk so hopefully that works better then dex/whey. |
