NBS - Meaning I need a space to house my group training. I cant just go out and use a park unfortunately. Town wont allow it. The school system lady wont return calls. I called my college office yesterday and left a message.
Anyways I picked up my sled today and its pretty nice. I paid the guy $85 which was the upper limit of what I wanted to pay. Everyone here talking about how they paid $15 had me expecting a lot.
I could have got a portable off of eBay for $80, but this one is going to be nice. I will post a picture tomorrow with it. It must weigh 40-50 by itself.
Side note when I went to pick it up there was a guy there who I think was the owner of Life Fitness. Either that or he owned a Life Fitness facility, but I dont think they have those. The guy who did my sled even offered to work out a deal to use his yard for my location.
Hes got a huge side yard, but I am worried it may be too close to his house to do my sessions at 5:30am.
Sounds awesome, cant wait to see the pictures, that bad boy is going to last you for years. Mine is made of wood and although we have tested it with 500lbs on it with no worries it is eventually going to wear out.

sorry yesterday i was too busy. we went to breakfast then straight to the museum of natural history in nyc. then we came home and i studied til 3am. I will get the pictures as soon as I can.
Ya it has. Read your posts about your training business, congrats big Steve. Im currently trying to setup my own bootcamps in the area. Finding a location, like mentioned is the hardest part.
My son woke up today with a sore foot, now hes limping. We went to the pediatrician and the orhopedist, but they said it was Toxic Synovitis most likely. He is limping now, but when he woke up he could barely walk without support. Poor baby.
Nope not yet. We havent really talked about it. We are trying to find ways to prevent the green bar from becoming full so soon. We have adjusted the rep point category values, but the bar didnt decrease in unison.
Im going to the RYan Lee Millionaire seminar tomorrow in White Plains NY. I was going with someone, but he cancelled today. Its really annoying since I was reminding him all week and then today he says he cant go.
