So today I am off from work. My wife had some people over with their kids to play and do girl stuff. I was gonna go play basketball but I have some bball scheduled through my meetup.com group at 6pm. So I decided to hit the gym, first time in like 2 months lol.

Did some big circuits, mainly twisting and standing based movements. I hope I dont get sore by tonight from a few deadlifts.

just dont feel like going to the gym. its not really fun for me right now.

I went through that stage pretty hard as well, I think thats why we made our sleds isnt it tony? I still hit the gym four times a week but I dont enjoy it anymore I would much rather flip my tyre or drag my sled!

that is very true rongo. i have fun with the sandbags for sure. i think im gonna make a water ball.

check out the article on ross training. he uses a stability ball basically and fills it with water.

so are you losing like all your muscle then since your not training? Lost any weight or anything?
