I only have BJJ two times per week, plan to add a day on saturday for technique. the volume is high on this program but i would consider myself if excellent shape as well as a pretty mature training age... |

heck yeah it is!! Goergs' the man! we do some CRAZY things out here!! i am gonna post more stuff on here that we do! i will give goergs a solid kick in the TFL for ya! |
